Flat, stable surface for trailer placement.

Adequate clearance for trailer length, width, and height (including hitch, stairs, and platform).

4️⃣ Climate & Ventilation

Trailers include heating and/or air conditioning; ensure power supply supports climate control.

Proper ventilation required for optimal comfort.

5️⃣ Amenities & Fixtures

Toilets, sinks, and Toiletries are included.

Lighting, mirrors, and exterior lights included.
